The Component Rebuild Center (CRC) in Kazakhstan was commissioned
in 2011. CRC takes a comprehensive approach to repairing and
remanufacturing, and develops individualized solutions for your
business.
The premises of CRC accommodate:
- Cat Cat machinery rebuild workshop
- Component repair workshop
- Component rebuild workshop
- S•O•SSM laboratory
- Training unit
Caterpillar’s 5-Stars Contamination Control, BSOHSAS 18001 and ISO
9001:2008 certificates attest to CRC’s compliance with the
international standards of safety, cleanliness and effective
quality management.
In 2016 CRC became a Caterpillar certified component repair
facility; at that point only 8 dealers out of 175 had been awarded
this status.
In 2017 Borusan Cat Kazakhstan joined the Hardox® In My Body
program run by SSAB, the internationally recognized manufacturer
of high-quality steel. For Borusan Cat’s customers this membership
status represents a guarantee that the equipment is manufactured
to the highest global standards.
Using its certified and dealer repair and rebuild programs, the
Component Rebuild Center extends the life of Cat machines and
components.
